MiX Africa attends SABOA Conference 2022, in association with Futuroad

SABOA is a non-profit, member-driven association focused on creating a transformative and sustainable Bus and Coach industry in South Africa. The association plays a key role in the transport policy formulation process and is an active participant in the consultative platforms of Government. The exhibition and conference was hosted again after a three-year hiatus (due to the COVID pandemic) and gave stakeholders in the Bus and Coach industry the opportunity to interact face-to-face to network and brainstorm.

MiX by Powerfleet showcased the premium MiX Fleet Manager software and hardware, MiX Journey Management, the Insight Analyser BI platform, the MiX Track and React Bureau Service and the MiX Vision AI camera solution. Intercape graciously loaned MiX a bus that was then fitted with the aforementioned solutions to display at the event and illustrate how our telematics solutions are applied in the Bus and Coach industry to provide accurate tracking, data analysis and other fleet management benefits for a safer, sustainable and efficient fleet.

Business Development Managers on duty for the duration of the event were able to interact with prospects and existing customers alike. Henry Smith, Fleet Sales Director (Africa) and Gregory Naicker, Business Development Divisional Director (Africa) were both in attendance and said, “This was a great opportunity for the team to go out and engage with prospects who they otherwise would not have been able to make contact with. It also gave us a chance to learn about new developments in the industry while cementing the MiX brand as a leader in fleet and mobile asset management solutions.”
