MyMiX Rewards is a fully-managed, globally scalable technology platform with no additional setup or management administration required.

Drivers can win one MiXCoin per week for hitting each of their behavioral pillar targets and they can continue to win bonus Coins for ‘Trophies’ and special achievements.

Home PAGE

The Home Page showcases each driver’s overall Driving Score. The score is calculated out of 100, based on the % of distance driven without violating any of the behavioral Pillars.

Features

Drivers can see their Overall Driving Score over time and against their team.

Drivers can also see a snapshot of their Pillar scores and how they are doing against the organizational set targets.

Overall Driving Score is refreshed every Monday morning and updated over the course of the week (no changes unless new trips are recorded).

Behavioral Pillars

The pillar screens focus on a driver’s weekly performance vs. the company targets so that they can benchmark and track their driving relative to what’s required to meet expectations and objectives.

Users can press each Five Pillar icon to go to that section – no need to scroll.

Focus on the driver’s weekly score vs. the target set by the employer.

Drivers can clearly see how they are being assessed and how they are performing over time.
